Full storm recovery featuring full roof replacement including the coordination of solar panel system removal and re-installation of the system on the roof. New gutters, window screens,and garage door. Interior drywall damage was fixed and fresh paint applied. Then the exterior brick was properly prepped and a new coat of white wash applied. Finally the fence, soffits and fascia were painted to complement the new house color. This project started out as a partial roof replacement. Our team requested a re-inspection of this property. That re-inspection along with comprehensive supplementation ensured the homeowner received everything that was contractually owed to them from their insurance carrier.

How soon after a storm should I inspect?
After the storm has passed and it is safe to be outside, homeowners should perform a walk around inspection of their property. Looking for obvious damage on the roof, siding and windows. If damages shingles are seen then we recommend a professional inspection within 24-48 hours to allow our team to assess the damaged areas and provide tarping mitigation if deemed necessary. Once the extent of the storm damage is determined we will make recommendations on the next steps. This may include recommending that a claim be filed with your insurance company or we may also recommend completing minor repairs out of pocket as the extent of the damage may not actually be more than your deductible.
Does my insurance cover full replacement?
If the storm damage is extensive enough to compromise the integrity of the entire system, most comprehensive policies cover a full replacement. Our experts provide detailed reports to help manage claims for premium materials that meet neighborhood architectural standards.
